How it works
Six modules. Three steps each.
For those deciding and for those already on track. Each module with a short clip of the real app, using fictitious data.
Module 1
Cockpit
Your day on one page: what's due today, what's overdue and what's waiting on you.
- 1Open the Cockpit in the morning: the day's numbers are at the top.
- 2Click “Waiting on me” to see only what has the ball on your side.
- 3Scroll down for your tasks, projects and notes to process.
Module 2
Capture and notes
Type as you speak; Paddock understands who, when and where.
- 1In the Table, type the task: “@Carla” picks the owner and “friday” sets the date.
- 2Enter creates the task, with owner and follow-up already set.
- 3The round button opens your notes, to jot things down without leaving what you're doing.
On your phone, /n does the same in seconds.
Module 3
Forums and Briefing
Each recurring meeting with its status, ready before you walk in.
- 1In the Briefing, pick the forum: everything open with those people appears.
- 2Type the check-in on the task itself and press Enter.
- 3Overdue items come first; what's done is flagged.
Module 4
Minutes and recap
From your recorder's recap (Copilot, Teams, Granola) to tasks, without retyping.
- 1In the Briefing or Minutes, click “Paste recap” and paste the text.
- 2Review the proposals: owner, date and forum.
- 3“Create”: tasks go in and the recap is saved as minutes.
Needs AI turned on (Settings › General).
Module 5
Performance
Your review notes throughout the year, organised by the competencies of your framework.
- 1Log dated facts: positive or to improve.
- 2The Map shows, per person and competency, where there's evidence and where it's missing.
- 3In Classify, the AI suggests each entry's competency and you confirm.
Confidential: never shared or exposed to agents.
Module 6
Sharing
Share a task with whoever does it, without giving access to the rest.
- 1Open the task and click “Share with…”.
- 2The person sees only that task and can check in on it.
- 3The first share with someone new waits for them to accept.
