Commitment management · on track

Run your week like a pit crew.

In the pits, nobody asks who does what: everyone knows their job and the car is out in seconds. Paddock brings that precision to everything that comes out of your meetings — an owner, a date and context, no wasted laps.

BOX, BOX. Follow-up with Anna is due today. Proposal ready to send.

Illustration with sample data.

From meeting to action, in 30 seconds

Paste the recap. Paddock does the rest.

Tasks appear with an owner and a date, the ball shows whose move it is, and at the next meeting the Briefing already knows what happened.

One lap · three sectors

From meeting to action, no wasted laps.

Fast laps are won in the details of every sector. So are commitments.

Parc fermé

Your data stays in your garage. Only you get in.

Like cars in parc fermé, your content stays isolated: only your account can reach it, through rules enforced in the database itself. Stored encrypted, on servers in Europe.

Per-account isolation

Each account only sees its own data. The rule lives in the database, not the screen.

Management without content

The back office sees status and access, never your tasks or minutes.

GDPR

Export everything whenever you want. We delete your account on request.

Secure payments

Processed by Paddle. We never see your card.

Why what you already use isn't enough

What happens to a decision after the meeting?

Recording the meeting and keeping a to-do list don't make sure what was agreed actually happens. Paddock takes care of the rest.

Said in Monday's meeting“Bruno calls the North partner about the new SLA by Wednesday.”

Mid-week✕The recap sits in your inbox. No one opens it again

In the meeting~Someone has to type it in, if they remember
Mid-week~It's on the list, with no link to the meeting

In the meeting✓Paste the recap: it becomes Bruno's task, due Wednesday, in the right forum
Mid-week✓Thursday morning it shows as overdue, with the ball on Bruno's side
At the next meeting✓The forum's Briefing shows where things stand before you walk in

Comparison by type of tool; each product's features vary by plan and change over time.

Nothing slips

Every action has an owner and a date, and keeps coming back until it's closed.

You know whose move it is

The ball shows whether the next move is yours or someone else's.

You walk in prepared

The Briefing gathers everything open for each recurring meeting.

What we don't do

We don't record meetings, on purpose. If you already use a recorder, great: paste its recap into Paddock and we'll handle the follow-up. If the conversation is sensitive, nothing is recorded.
